One person owns three houses in three states and runs all of them personally. Not a management company, not a portfolio, and not a brand licensed to somebody else: the same person owns the house you are booking, answers the phone number on this site, and decides what happens if something goes wrong during your stay.
Between them the three have 530 guest reviews, accumulated over ten years on the large booking platforms. This site exists so that the next ones can be earned without a platform taking a cut from both ends of the arrangement.
